Fill your cart with organic lettuce, carrots, celery, vegetables, greens, broccoli, potatoes, melons, mushrooms, peppers, fruits, apples, pears, bananas, eggs, quinoa, lentils, seasonings, fresh caught fish and/or natural wild caught seafood.
FACT: it is possible to BODY BUILD on a vegan diet. Follow totally awesome fellow vegan and Professional Wrestler friend Austin Aries for serious proof of what vegan biceps can look like.
Fitness Tip: Make the choice once and for all. Eliminate sugar, breads, excess grains, and alcohol from your system. Just two beers a week can undo your progress at the gym. Forget the idea of ‘cheat meals’. Eat healthy on a consistent basis.
