Theresa Longo loves LA for sun and fun! We arrived Friday afternoon to check into our hotel to prepare for what was sure to be a ‘one of a kind’ Saturday night party at the Playboy Mansion. We rested up Friday, waking up early Saturday morning. The weather in LA was perfect! No rain Saturday despite the forecast calling for showers. We got lucky!!!
A Playboy Back Story
It is a unique experience to be invited to the Playboy Mansion. A fun fact about me is once in the early 2000s, my business manager asked if I wanted to fly to Chicago for a test shoot, which paid a generous sum of money, 5 figures to be exact… I turned it down! There was NO WAY I would ever post provocatively for this magazine. But I did hear that they threw amazing events, so I heartily accepted the invitation…
Sam’s costume was a very unique ‘Poison Ivy’ – esque creation and I sported my latex Cat Woman suit. BIG THANK YOU TO ‘Ware’s and Wears’ Latex Clothing 🙂 They kindly donated my costume for the event. It was a hit!!! Paris liked it!
When we arrived at the mansion on Saturday, we were first asked to experience the ‘haunted forest’. It was so, SO scary. There were people jumping out all over!!!! We were freaked right out. At the entrance to the party where we were greeted with a couple of Smoking Cocktails. They were really good — and cold. ~ Is it safe to drink that stuff?! (yikes!!!! —> ha)
INSIDE THE PLAYBOY GROTTO: WHAT’S IT LIKE?
We ended up inside the grotto enjoying the buffet before the night really kicked off. The grotto was a rock cave – & humid and hot… like a sauna! Check out our video below to get a glimpse from the inside!~!! Sam and I had the whole place to ourselves it seemed. We sipped a drink in there and enjoyed the peace and quiet for a while! There were all kinds of costumes. Most memorable were probably the Avatar costumes, the teletubbies, and the half man half woman. We saw a lot of nurses, cats, police officers, the usual Halloween get ups. There were a lot of gorgeous girls walking around with what seemed to be only body paint on. Obviously I tried to tell if they were wearing anything at all… most of the time the answer was no….
& This lady!! Arguably the most gorgeous woman I have ever met. She was amazing… I don’t know who she is but she was my favorite for sure. She is so sweet too. Sam and I chatted with her for a while. The Playboy party was full of smiling people!
Her costume is my fav!!!!! !
Things got turnt around 10:00 PM. The party started to get crowded. There were several open bars but everyone was hovering around all of them and it became difficult to get a drink. On top of that, the lineup for the washrooms ended up getting really long. It was starting to get frustrating because at one point it seemed like all we were doing was waiting. Waiting for drinks, waiting for the girls room, waiting waiting, waiting…. at one point, we were standing at the bar and Sam turned to me to tell me Paris Hilton was behind us.
Sure enough, I turned around and there she was. Paris, Nicky and Brandon Davis. Paris was dressed as an Indian, her sister was Super Woman, and Brandon Davis was a psych ward escapee. Paris loved that I loved her costume. “Great “Costume ….”I told her.
Playboy Commotion: Nicky Hilton gets FED UP with cameras
Such commotion around us, & Nicky wasn’t enjoy the cameras.
The playboy party is dope!! Paris went into the grotto with her entourage but then quickly left again. I don’t think she wanted to get cornered into the grotto by a mob of fans.

My opinion of the Playboy Mansion can only be summed up as: “It was… amazing !!!
Lots of beautiful ladies, lots of food, drinks, people; decorations; etc…. DJ Tiesto Played, we snapped a vid from inside the Grotto, and then when all was said and done, Sam and I boarded a shuttle to head back to the hotel. We got home at a great time. We were packed and ready for our 8am flight out of LA….
The Playboy Mansion party was decorated SO nicely.

What an incredible Halloween experience…
