Monster Energy Presents: Soundwave Edmonton

May long weekend saw Monster Energy hosting the hottest waterpark party in the West Coast. I danced the entire night. Las Vegas’s best beach party: Soundwave featuring Chuckie, GTA + Dzeko & Torres hit West Ed Mall for thousands of excited party goers.

Connected Events says that in the past 3 years “Soundwave has made a name for itself as one of the most unique events in North America. Soundwave, Connected Entertainment transforms the world’s Largest Indoor Waterpark into a Vegas style beach party modeled after the legendary Encore Day Club in the Wynn & Marquee Dayclub in the Cosmopoliton.”

Empire’s Backyard Party with Monster Energy in Montreal Canada

We had so much fun this weekend attending Empire Backyard Party in Montreal, fueled by Monster Energy and presented by Vans. The Empire Backyard Party is the biggest Pro/Am Mini Ramp comp in Canada. More about Empire: “EMPIRE has become Canada’s leading retailer specializing in skateboard / snowboard related products, clothing, footwear and accessories,”. After the competition we headed over to Ballroom at 3643 Saint-Laurent for the Official Empire BYP party. This weekend is jam packed with awesome.

Here are a few of my personal shots from the weekend. We attended the comp nestled in the heart of downtown Montreal where snowboarders demonstrated their skills on mini ramps and rails. Competitors traveled across the country to vie for a spot on the BYP podium, which includes a lot of respect… and cash. First place took home $10,000.00. Not bad!

Everything took place downtown Montreal in the heart of the city. The weather was already chilly ; there was definitely no need to worry about the snow melting. How awesome was it to get a taste of Winter early? When we first arrived to the competition things were well underway; I thought it was super gnarly to have a behind-the-scenes scope of the shred sessions. Music was pumpin’ and fans showed their appreciation by high-fiving the boards surrounding this beautiful man made Mini Ramp set-up. Check out a couple photos from the Empire Facebook Page. WMC Fall Fashion Week 2013: Wrap Up | Theresa Longo Attends!

Most of the Fall 2013 Collection from MATIS by Lucian Matis was printed head to toe with feminine florals and grayscale graphics. The silhouette of choice was the dress, both long and short, and each look was topped off with a delicate piece of jewelry. The designer added in some of Fall’s key colors with black, navy, and a deep, dark red”. Another exciting show was Laura Siegel. I could really see myself wearing her designs. For Siegel, Fall is undled up in shades of rust, charcoal, and ivory prevailed.  Soft fabrics made the whole collection fall “cozy”.  The designer included handcrafted beaded jewelry to accent the collection. Day 3: WMCFW

World Mastercard Fashion Week is well underway at David Pecaut Square in the heart of downtown Toronto and I bring you coverage from the past couple days alongside Canada’s most coveted Catwalk. Designer Christopher Bates hosted his runway show in a sharp tuxedo. Ashtiani designer Golnaz Ashtiani continued the trend of mixing fabrics, combining traditional velvets, mohair and silk organza into pieces. Her pieces were each made with more than one fabric. Lucian Matis presented his expansive ready-to-wear collection Matis, punctuated with colorful, artsy, and floral designs. Day 3 also saw the City of Light illuminating the latest looks from Joe Fresh. Joe Fresh has effortlessly and effectively incorporated Parisian chic into affordable apparel. Headscarf-sporting models donned two-piece knit sets, sheer, ruffled silk tops, polka dot blouses, sequinned designs, and pleated skirts. The fashion environment is a frenzy of  familiar faces sporting beautiful colors and dapper designs.

Maybelline has a sleek setup in the heart of the fashion environment at World Mastercard Fashion Week. The Fashion Environment is a frenzy of fabulous familiar faces and beautiful designs. I truly believe fashion is an expression of one’s self! Fashion is meant to be unique and fun. Maybelline is showcasing their new Rocket Volume Express Mascara  which boasts “Explosive Volume in Rocket Time! 8X Bigger, Smoother, [lashes]”. Guests at Fashion week are treated to Maybelline’s Eye Studio Color Tattoo 24 Hour Cream Gel Shadow. The hottest trends in lips include VIVID color for Fall 2013. All week long I have been sporting colors from Maybelline’s Vivid lip color line. Today I wore Vibrant Mandarine and Vivid Rose.

Recent Events, Concerts, NBA Games, & Pink (The Truth About Love Tour)! Concert coverage via theresalongo.com

2013 is so busy! I am trying to blog more. Scroll down for all my photos from PINK: The Truth About Love tour. I am blessed to attend several musical events. I have seen countless live musical performances. In my opinion, Pink is the greatest performer I have ever seen. She is the real deal.

CHECK OUT MY BLING!!! Lately, I attend NHL games, NBA games, and concerts! I travel A LOT! I am making separate visits to  Fernie B.C, Whistler and Miami in April! March saw me attending PDAC  representing Commonwealth Silver at the show while sporting SERIOUS bling. Thank you everyone who wished me a Happy Birthday on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and Email. One of my ‘Happy Birthday’ tweets trended because I share a birthday with Justin Bieber. Tonight was special because I saw Pink in concert at ACC. So exciting. I snapped a bunch of stellar

photos on behalf of Ford  as The Hives opened for Pink. Ladies love the Ford Fusion… rightfully so!

I love Pink even more now that I watched her perform. She flies! A lot! She even sings while flying through the air. This woman has serious talent. Pink is genuine, sincere, funny, full of energy, and she interacted with the audience a lot. She stopped to take gifts from fans and talked often about her husband and little daughter. Check out my photos from the concert last night.
