The Recipe (Serves 2)
2 Scoops (OR 2 single serve packs) Natera Dark Chocolate Hemp Protein
1 1/2 cup Pancake Mix
3 tbs Ground Flaxseed
2 ripe bananas (Also add Fruit/Blueberries if desired)
4 tbsp coconut flour
1 1/2 Cup Water (Add additional water to desired consistency)
Directions: Mix Natera Dark Chocolate Hemp Protein, Pancake Mix, Ground Flax Seed, Coconut Flour, Bananas, and water in a medium sized bowl.
Heat empty skillet to 375 °F.
Using a vegan butter substitute, (or butter for those who prefer) – ‘grease’ your cooking surface
Gently pour batter onto the greased skillet to create small pancakes.
Cook on medium High Heat for 4 minutes each side. Flip Pancakes until cooked through. Be sure to add additional grease to the skillet when making more pancakes.
Presentation: Stack pancakes, (Slice BANANA to go in between each pancake), add vegan chocolate chips/blueberries to the plate. Top with butter, or for vegans, top with banana.
Pour on your favorite Canadian maple syrup!
