CPMA’s keystone event and Canada’s largest event dedicated to the fruit and vegetable industry. I was in heaven at this show! CPMA stands for ‘Canadian Produce Marketing Association’. Here’s a list of some of the most standout brands at the show:

Made in Blu

Sundate Medjool dates are by fat the best organic dates I have ever tasted. I use dates a lot now; they are rich in important minerals including potassium, manganese, magnesium and copper. They also provide significant amounts of calcium, iron, vitamin K and B vitamins, including vitamin B-6 and folate. These dates were sweet and juicy!

4. Wonderful Pistachios
What I found out at CPMA is that Wonderful Pistachios come in different flavors! Awesome!! I eat these for a powerful protein-packed snack.
5. Cedar Cold Pressed Juice
Cedar Cold Pressed Juice is right up my healthy, nutrient dense alley. Every ice cold sip is full of vitamins and minerals, while also being delicious. No artificial ingredients or added sugar here. Never pasteurized, this juice is Cold Pressed. It takes several pounds of leafy fruit and veg and thousands of pounds of pressure to extract every last drop of deliciously nutritious juice for the drinks. Instead of heating/pasterizing, they use cold pressure to keep juices fresh and full of enzymes, nutrients and vitamins – while keeping juices safe. I could live on this stuff!
