She ran in a 2025 Terry Fox Foundation short film “Finish It” behind Terry Fox. Theresa Longo has long been an advocate for charitable causes, including cancer research and community initiatives, aligning with the film’s inspirational theme. Unveiled on World Cancer Day at TIFF Lightbox, Finish It honors Terry Fox’s Marathon of Hope legacy using CGI-enhanced archival footage and a reimagined Tragically Hip track “Courage,” symbolizing unity in the fight against cancer. Theresa mentioned she thought of Terry as they did many takes running up the hill — in an exciting short film blending artistry with philanthropy.
