Daily Surf & Plenty of Sun
Escaping frigid temps is fun…

Spent 5 weeks enjoying the sun and surf in one of the most beautiful places in the world.
I have the best time in Costa Rica!
Yoga, surf, fishing, snorkelling, ATV’s, flight time, & travel … I find myself in  paradise for weeks.
Leaving behind cold after Christmas Day & greeted by hazy heat in Panama – Life is good.
After New Years Eve I flew to San Jose where I spent a night downtown loving the sights and sounds.
I hopped on yet another flight the next day to Tambor – which began my journey to the Nicoya Peninsula on the  on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica
For four weeks I live and surf in a fantastic surf spot.
I reconnect with amazing friends – & experience so much Love in Santa Teresa.
One day I take a speed boat to Jaco- relaxing in a gorgeous condo with a stellar view, but I didn’t leave the condo AT ALL. Room Service and  an in suite massage baby!  #pampered
My balcony overlooks the mayhem  at the Casino and Pools below! I leave Jaco the next morning.
Back to my favorite Surf Spot in Santa Teresa.
I surf playa Hermosa, and Playa Carmen. Banana Beach is my favorite.
I visit waterfalls and jump off cliffs. I swing into freshwater pools and hike barefoot  in Montezuma.
Every day I wake up with the sun while cultivating awareness at the edge of the jungle overlooking the ocean.
