Theresa stays in shape on the competitive surf circuit and competed in Costa Rica Surf Association surf-relay tournament in February 2023. She says keeping up with an active four year old is also what keeps her super busy all of the time! Comment below: how do you stay in shape?
The set of this bikini photoshoot was along scenic Lake Ontario shores in Mississauga. For added excitement, Theresa was greeted by a bushy tail coyote who stopped in his tracks at the sight of her! It didn’t take long for the interaction to end and the young coyote darted off on the same path he eagerly walked in on. We saw a variety of gorgeous birds and although the sun rose, we didn’t see it! The sun that never rose, obscured by clouds hovering over the lake. It made for the best lit photographs, however.
Theresa Longo says:
“While our looks are carefully planned I’m quite proud of the fact we do our photoshoots without staffers or gaffers! No MUAs, mirrors and little makeup. We take great care to capture iconic photographs, at the same time not taking ourselves too seriously! One thing we don’t do is face-tune or body tune. What you see is how we shot it. We play with natural lighting and may do a little color correction in post production. We refrain from photoshop or physically altering images”
